Partnership Grant Opportunities

The Minnesota STEM Ecosystem is excited to support innovative STEM education initiatives across the state!

As part of the investment from the Minnesota Legislature, the STEM Ecosystem will be awarding grants to nonprofit organizations supporting youth STEM career exploration and workforce development through STEM internships, AI Pedagogy, the creation/expansion of robotics teams, drone programs (intra-curricular and out of school time), development/expansion of VR learning programs and other emerging technology learning programs, the development of educator externships in emerging technology and in-demand career pathways.

The submission portal was open from August 11- September 12, 2025. Our highly qualified cross- sector, cross-system grant evaluation committee is in the process of reviewing the submissions. If you have questions or concerns about the process, please contact Emily Saed, Director of the MN STEM Ecosystem. If your organization submitted a Letter of Interest, we anticipate issuing invitations to complete a full application by November 1, 2025.
